Ashford students are now on their way to Germany as part of the German American Partnership Program (GAPP). This is our first time visiting our partner school since Covid and we are so excited to see our friends at the Einstein Gymnasium in Rheda Wiedenbrück again. As our students headed to the airport, our school gave them a warm send off by waving flags and signs as the bus pulled through the driveway. In a few years, the young students waving the flags might be heading to our partner school too. In our eagerness, we arrived at the airport very early and currently the students are playing cards while waiting for their flight. They won't arrive in Germany until tomorrow morning. But for now Ashford School is thinking about them and wishing them safe travels! Be sure to check this blog often to learn more about Ashford School’s global adventures.
